Health refers to the state of complete physical, social, and emotional well-being. It’s an essential part of the life, Where Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.
When we say, a person is mentally sound it does not mean just the perfect combination of physical and social behavior, one must have the capabilities to face the challenges of life in every aspect while learning to fight against the odds. He must sort the problems out while finding a way for peaceful growth. A mentally healthy person chooses to face the challenges and brings the self out from the stressful situation.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO MENTAL HEALTH-

There are various factors which form the base for a perfect mental health, to resolve the issue one must cross the hurdles of social, psychological, and biological barriers. The pressure found in dealing with the situations can arise a gap of right vs wrong, where many a times people think less on solving the situation with a solution rather thinking about the problems more.

Seeing the current scenario, people are more centric towards the peer, and make their life decision’s more aligned towards them.

Several other factors could also influence the mental health like, stressful situation, unhealthy lifestyle, gender biasness, social discrimination, physical ill-ness.

  • treatment of depression with psychological treatment and, for moderate to severe cases, antidepressant medicines.

  • treatment of psychosis with antipsychotic medicines and psychosocial support.

  • taxation of alcoholic beverages and restriction of their availability and marketing.
